Why was this blog created?
I started writing it a few years ago, when I myself was looking for methods to deal with stress and various natural ways to stay healthy, achieve harmony and increase energy and vitality every day.

I tried to put certain methods into practice and experience on myself, see how they work on me. I would like to take this opportunity to share what has arisen from the realization of my passions and interests: photos, graphic designs and drawings.

When we realize our passions and dreams, life becomes more interesting and fuller.
